WITHDRAWAL
In case of a cancelled purchase, the goods can easily be returned itrendse.com
applies a 14-day right of withdrawal and return, which is calculated from the
day the shipment is received.
RETURN
For all returns, attach a pick/delivery note with a note of which items are
being returned. It is also possible to add a note with the specified order
number and reason for return. Alternatively, the Swedish Consumer Agency's
withdrawal form can be used, but it is not a requirement.

The cost of return shipping is always borne by the customer. We will include a
return shipping label in all orders, which will be charged, when handling your
return. When the return has been handled by us, this will be confirmed via
email.
The item must be in its original condition, in its original packaging and with
the labels still attached. The return will not be accepted if the item is used
REFUND
In case of return, the refund will be made within 14 days once the return has
been processed. If you have paid with a debit card/Swish, the refund will be
made to the payment method chosen at the time of purchase. If you have selected
invoice, the amount of the return will be adjusted and the invoice will be

COMPLAINT
In case of a complaint about defective goods or incorrect delivery, please
contact our customer service via e-mail address: info@itrendse.com. Enter your
order number, desired action and attach a picture of the complaint. We are
responsible for the cost of return shipping in the event of approved complaints
and incorrectly delivered goods.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGE
For all packages that are not picked up from the post office, a fee of $25 will
be charged. The fee corresponds to the costs of handling fees, return shipping
and handling. If you change your mind after the package has been sent from us,
you must collect the shipment yourself and return the package. If the package
is not collected, it will automatically be registered as undelivered and
charged accordingly.
DELIVERY
All products are shipped from our warehouse. This is done with PostNord, you
pick up the package at your post office. Goods letters that are sent end up
directly in your mailbox.
Some orders are free of charge, the purchase price for free shipping is stated
at checkout or at the top of the home page of our webshop. Delivery is made as
a consignment letter or postal parcel via Schenker, DHL or UPS.
